At the heart of Shakespeare's Globe are its family of Friends and Patrons. Over the past 25 years the Friends have supported and shared Sam Wanamaker's dream, from the rebuilding of the theatre itself and celebrated productions to its ambitious education and community projects.

Today there are 7000 Friends who enjoy a range of membership benefits, including:

  • Priority booking for the annual Globe Theatre Season
  • Free admission to Shakespeare's Globe Exhibition
  • Concessionary admission rates to many Globe Education events
  • Free copies of Around the Globe, the Globe's magazine
  • Free copies of the Friend's newsletter, Cuesheet
  • Invitations to special Friends events and cultural visits
  • Opportunities to support the Globe by becoming a Friends volunteer
